We want you to love what you purchase from Thrive IV Bar. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

An item is defective or damaged, or
-
You receive the wrong item
We’ll review the issue and work to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of some of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used skincare or personal care products

Perishable or food items (including chocolates and other heat-sensitive treats), unless they arrive damaged or spoiled

Custom or special-order items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Final sale / clearance items, as marked at checkout
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing or before starting a return.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to:

Request a return for the item you have, and
-
Place a new order for the item you’d like instead once your return is approved.
In some cases (such as defective or incorrect items), we may be able to process a direct exchange instead of a separate purchase.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. In many cases, we will provide a return shipping label.

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we’ll cover return shipping.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@thriveivbar.com.
About EU Orders
At this time, Thrive IV Bar does not sell or ship products into the European Union, so the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
