Shipping policy

At Thrive IV Bar, we want your wellness essentials, skincare favorites, and curated gifts to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how your order ships.


Where We Ship

Thrive IV Bar ships to all U.S. states and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.


Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Available options may include:

  • Standard Shipping (typically 3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (typically 2–3 business days)

  • Local Pickup at our Naples location (when available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, but we do our best to ensure timely delivery.


Local Pickup (Naples, FL)

If local pickup is offered at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Pickup is available during normal Thrive IV Bar business hours.


Heat-Sensitive & Fragile Items

Some Thrive IV Bar products — such as chocolates, balms, or skincare items with active ingredients — may be sensitive to heat or extreme temperatures.

To help protect your items:

  • We may include insulation or cooling materials when necessary.

  • During very hot weather, delivery delays caused by heat exposure cannot be refunded.

  • Please bring packages indoors as soon as possible after delivery.

If an item arrives melted, damaged, or unusable, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.


Delivery Issues

Once an order is handed to the carrier, Thrive IV Bar is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

  1. Check with neighbors or front desk staff.

  2. Look around your delivery area and mailbox.

  3. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early.

  4. Contact the carrier directly to open a delivery inquiry.

If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, email us at hello@thriveivbar.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information

We cannot make changes to shipping addresses once an order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We can reship it to the correct address once reshipping costs are paid, or

  • We can issue a refund for the product(s) minus original shipping costs.


Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.

  • You may choose a refund, store credit, or replacement (if available).


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
